How to open the staff menu

The community staff guide describes Robux Shop → Staff, then scrolling sideways for additional cards. The cash hiring control it records is Staff → Pet Keeper → Hire. A Pet Keeper’s cash upgrades, a numbered pass and a player level are different fields; a menu card’s mapping to a specific numbered pass was not established for every role.

  1. Join the 2026 experience, place 118845698633260. The official product records above identify its creator, already arrived studios.
  2. The community path is Robux Shop → Staff; scroll sideways and select the cashier or stocker card. Exact touchscreen and console navigation has not been tested here.
  3. Read the selected pass name and the client’s Robux purchase prompt. The numbered pass is not automatically a player-level requirement.
  4. If you want to avoid a Robux purchase, inspect the reported day-7 self-checkout reward in the check-in menu, or continue serving and restocking manually. No free stocker reward was established in this review.

Players have posted that cashiers disappear and that they want cash hires. petstoretycoon.net’s troubleshooting notes said the developer had not answered those posts as of 13 October 2026. That is a complaint log, not a patch note.
